Mechadong Baboy or Mechadong Manok

Ingredients:
1. Bawang
2. Sibuyas
3. Tomato Sauce
4. Bell Pepper
5. 1 kilo Manok or Baboy
6. 2 tbsp. Toyo
7. 2 pcs Potato
8. 2 pcs. Carots

How to Cook:
1. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas
2. Ilagay ang baboy or manok....let simmer and let it brown...
3. Ilagay ang toyo 2 mins...Lagyan ng tubig 1 cup
4. pag kumukulo na malambot na ang baboy Ihulog ang tomato sauce, potato, carots
5. pag luto na ang potato ilagay na ang bell pepper
6. Lagyan ng paminta kaunti...
7.. Okey na...
